Repair Service Terms
Quotation Principle
After inspection, the technician will first provide the customer with a total quotation (“Basic Repair Fee + Parts Fee”). Work will only begin once the customer confirms in writing or via communication.
Independent Warranty for Parts
Bodysonic original parts replaced during repair are covered by a 90-day independent warranty starting from delivery/completion (excluding human damage and force majeure).
Unrepaired Fee Explanation
If the technician completes fault diagnosis and provides a quotation, but the customer decides not to proceed with repair, only the basic diagnostic/on-site fee (if applicable) will be charged.
